Our agency delivers exceptional, bespoke digital content to clients worldwide. These terms outline the responsibilities, rights, and expectations governing our services.

2. Scope of Services

Bravo Digital Studios specializes in high-quality digital photography and videography, creating visual storytelling tailored to each client’s brand and creative vision. Services and project details are outlined in formal proposals, agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All work created by Bravo Digital Studios is considered our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party licenses or materials that may remain protected by copyright law. Bravo Digital Studios retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, relevant content, and any requested assets essential for project completion. Delays in providing these materials may impact timelines, and additional fees may apply for prolonged delays.

5. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure Bravo Digital Studios’ services, with the balance due upon project completion. Specific payment terms will be included in our proposal. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel the project at any stage, subject to a cancellation fee based on work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Limitations of Liability

While Bravo Digital Studios endeavors to deliver excellence, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Dissatisfaction should be communicated promptly, allowing us an opportunity to resolve issues amicably.

8. Amendments to Terms

Bravo Digital Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to clients actively engaged in services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in our jurisdiction.
